This dish started with some manual labor; use a Zoodle slicer to make zucchini and sweet potato noodles. Cook up some turkey garlic sausage in red chili oil. Remove the cooked sausage from the pan, add the noodles with a hand full of Kalamata olives, olive oil, splash of white wine, salt and pepper. After about 5-7 minutes plate the noodles and sausage. Finish it off with a pinch of Parmesan cheese and parsley.
