Thaw a Trader Joes Pie Crust 1.5 hours 

Peel 8 peaches (MeMaw says to make an “x” on the bottom of the peach and place the peaches in boiling water for 30 sec, take out and place in bowl of ice & water, peels easily)

Cut peaches, add 2cups of blue berries, juice from 2 lemons, teaspoon of common, teaspoon of nutmeg, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 flour

Coat pie pan with baking spray and lay down 1 pie crust

Add filling

Take second pie crust and cut into strips and do a basket weave pattern on top of filling

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes 

Enjoy with vanilla ice cream!
